Installing a Code Alarm 425/545 remote start and having trouble figuring out the negitive ignition and starter configuration.  Any help is appreciated.

You will need to relay your wires to change the current over to neg ,Your 97 may also have a passive arming immobiliser built into the remote that may cause you a bit of greaf,,,,,,have you checked in the vehicle data for any info
