Hello

my first alarm went just well, no big problems. This is my second alarm/remote starter and it's giving me a big problem. I installed everything and
everything works, except the remote starter.
I just found out the the second ignition wire has to be powered duting remote start. How do i do it? Do i cut the white ignition 2 wire and wire it
like the velocitymotorsport web page says: relay pin 86 and 87 12v constant, 30 to 2nd ignition wire, 85 (-) from alarm ignition out, and 87a not used.
but what do i do with the other side of the wire? or i do not cut, and i should just tap into the 2nd ign wire? Also, the alarm has a programable
second igntion wire/accessory 2 (output i guess), does this wire play a role here or should i just tape it off. Thank you for your help. Alan

ps: this is a 2004 chevy silverado extended cab base model, does not have the passlock system, doesn't even have power door locks which i had to install 8D
