i need help clearing this confusion in my mind. what is the difference between disarm defeat and factory alarm disarm if any. thanks alot

all i know is that i dont need to mess w/ it. it only do good for contractors that work for dealers. we on the other hand do not need to worry about disarm defeat, lock motor, and unlock motor.
