Ok, so I have a Bosch relay and relay harness and I would like to use it to prevent false alarms in my 2003 B3000 with APS786T alarm / RS.

I have the directfax diagram and I have used diodes to isolate the driver and pass door triggers from one another. I know I connect the wire from 85 into the door trigger wire (on the trigger side) and the wire from 30 to the door trigger input on the alarm. Then 86 goes to 12V and 87 to ground.

How about 87A though? This relay has a terminal post for 87a, and the harness has a red wire that goes onto it. Do I snip it off, or splice it into one of the other terminals?

So just snipping the wire off is ok?
