my car needs a bypass module but i dont have it yet
is it wise to hook up the alarm system with out it and hook it up after i get it

That is nice, but what kind of car do you have??? You can hook everything up but DO NOT use the remote start without the bypass, some cars will lock the bcm up and you will be going back to the dealership to get the car to start.
