I installed an Omega Max with the echo and remote start system to my truck. Everything works great and I wired the relay in right way and my parking lights blink fine, but my brights dont work. I have a 2003 dodge ram pickup and as most of you know it has a single wire headlight/parking light wire. So I used a 330 ohm resister and hooked it up to the relay the right way. I guess the omega max system has a special feature: when you start the engine the headlights come on, I guess thats a saftry feature their emplementing in the new systems. But anyway I was driving home tonight and I tried to use my brights and it acted like they wanted to stay on but they sisnt just went to the normal low beams. I'm sure I hooked up everything right.

Any suggestiong would be appreciated

I would say it DOES have to do with the way your relay is wired OR the resistance value>

Did you "open" or "break" the parking light wire with the realay?   87a gets the switch side of the wire, and 30 gets the car side.......correct?
