if all you want is keyless entry for  the 2002 dodge truck. you should get the system from chrysler dealer.

a kit from the oem comes with 2 key fobs and module . the module just plug into the back off the instrument

cluster. no wiring needed.

NOTES:

*1 - This wire may not be necessary for remote starting, if the Heater does not turn on, use this wire as a second Accessory wire along with the GREEN wire.

*2 -  Each Door has a separate trigger. The Driver front door trigger is Tan(-), the Drivers Rear Door is Tan/Orange (-). These wires are in the Driver's Kick Panel. The Passenger Front Door is Tan/Red (-), the Passenger Rear door is Tan / YELLOW(-). These wires are found in the Passenger's Kick Panel. For alarms these wires must be Diode Isolated and all connected to the Negative door trigger wire. For remote starters/ and alarms when you want to activate the dome light you can use any of these wires through a negative( See bulldog unit  manual to see if this option is available on your model and if a Relay is required for activation).  

*3 you will find a HEAVY GAUGE BLUE (+) wire in the IGNITION SWITCH harness, DO NOT USE THIS HEAVY GAUGE BLUE wire as IGNITION #1 use only the BLUE 16 Gauge wire as IGNITION #1.
