I have a 2004 Saab 9-3 that I would like to have a remote starter installed in. A local shop attempted to install a Viper 160 but was not able to complete the job. They claimed tech support recommended they remove the unit.

I am looking for anyone who has successfully completed such an install and the brand of remote starter used. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I would look at your local shops around and see which one has several 40,000+ vehicles init's parking lot/shop. Thats the one I would have try the install.
