I have a '94 mitsubishi 3000gt, and have had a viper 800 (I think thats what it is, it has the 4 buttons with roman numerals) in it for the past few years. I came home tonight to find it continuously chirping and the LED blinking at high speed, with no way to shut it off. I tried using the remote, which did nothing, tried turning on the car, but ti wont start wont even try. Theres nothing in the manual on this, or in these forums seemingly. Can anyone help me here before my neighbors kill me and take a bat to my car?
I think in my haste to get help I posted this in someone elses thread a second ago, sorry bout that, still getting the hang of this.

Try pulling the fuse of the alarm or disconnecting the battery for 30 seconds. If that doesn't help then check the power and ground connections and make sure they are still good. And IF that doesn't fix it then the alarm went bad. Not too common but still happens for no reason. If it is bad can you send it to me???
