I just finished up installing a compustar rt4200 on my 02 cavalier. I haven't powered it up yet because I am confused on the door trigger diode isolate issue. As far I can tell diode isolation is for alarms only? However, I am installing this on a manual trans car and it needs to read the door triggers in order to operate properly. There are 2 seperate door triggers in the car and one - input to the r/s. What do I do?
Thanks.

I am confused if I need them or not and if the door/doors are opened if that will trigger the r/s not to start like it's supposed to.

No you don't. The trunk has it's own trigger wire so you don't have to diode isolate this wire.
