What kind of car is it ? From the sounds of it, it's not the tach rather a bypass module. If you need to reprogram the tach signal on an AutoStart unit, you have to reset the unit & then reprogram the remote control and relearn the tach wire.

Check your hood pin..sounds like it might be a possible factor..

Sounds like a tach programming issue to me at least thats what the units I install do when tach isn't correctly programmed... either start and shut right off or starter stays engaged... if it was the hood pin it shouldn't attempt to start AT ALL. Security bypass issues I found usually will let the vehicle crank but not fire or not even crank at all and flash a theft light somewhere in the cluster or on the dash... But I can't see why changing the plugs would effect programming unless you disconnected the battery? sometimes that'll do it?... try tach programming and tell us whats up?

ur right  its not  the  hood pin  and its not  the bypass becaus 95 dosnt have security i found the problem  that was becaus i replaced  new spark plugs.

because the  tach wire coming from coil concter  wher all spark plugs meet

wat i did  i just flushed  the hoot pin and  do new programing  and the car  works gooood  so just to make sur that the spark plug was the problem

i unpluged all of them  and plug them  again  the same problem happend i mean  the car  cranks and stops and starter stays engaged. but the lock  unlock works good in both times.
