 After i installed r/s the factory autolock isnt working, any ideas? i have to go back under to hook up the arm and disarm wire for the factory alarm, so what do i look for in regaurds to the autolock. The r/s has this feature but i want to know why the factory one isnt working anymore.

Check your Shifter Switch (if you hooked up Neutral Safety) and your wiring again.  The shifter switch sends a signal to BCM to Lock when taken out of Park. 
Be sure you have no disconnected wires and that you used Negative Pulse for Door Locks
