Hey everyone, this is such a great forum! I am having a problem with the door trigger in a 2004 rav4. The two sources I have found on these forums said either red or RED / yellow in the wire harness going under the driver's seat. First off there is like 0 slack on these wires which makes it hard to find the wire and impossible to splice.
Is there really no other (easier) way to get a door trigger? Thanks for any help!

TOYOTA, RAV4, 2004, Door Trigger
The individual door trigger wires are at the passenger side junction box behind the glove box. The driver door trigger is RED / yellow in a 10 pin plug in pin 3, the front passenger door is RED / white in a 20 pin plug in pin 5, and the rear doors and hatch is RED / white in a 10 pin plug in pin 2.

have you got a door open light on the dash if so could use the feed on the back of the dash.
