I am trying to install a remot starter in my Kia Sedona van and having some trouble getting it read the tach.

I am installing a ct-5000 remote starter and I cannot get the tach to register.  Everything else is fine it has intalized theremotes and the lock and un lock works fine the and the alarm chirps but I cannot get the darn thigs to read the tach.  Any help would be greatly  appriciated

Thank you

Mark

I have used the green wire at the rear of the coil wich is also a tach wire I beleive.  But the darn box doesn't seem to want to learn the tach rpm.  It does the 5 blinks after to verify that it has learned the code but when I push the start button I get the code that it has not been initalized.
