I'm desperately looking for the door pinswitches not the domelight supervision GREEN/ red behind the fusebox.

I've found individual pinswitches and driver's door is a green while passenger is a light GREEN/ red.

Do these go to the fusebox? Where?

They should go to the car's security control module and/or the ECM. This car most likely has an immobolizer in it. You'll need to diode isolate the triggers if you connect them to the same line from the alarm, 1N4001's would be fine.

If you want the domelight to work you should still be able pulse one of the triggers with the domelight supervision wire.

Its a green and red wire in a green 5 pin plug behind the fusebox(-) NEG  No diodes needed

To Jschult3,
I have sincere doubts that the Engine Control Module would have door pinswitch wires and that and having an immobilizer has any impact upon door trigger wires.

Also thanks to KarTuneMan for taking the time to carefully read my post when I said "not the domelight supervision GREEN/ red behind the fusebox".

So for the sake of repeating myself:
looking for the door pinswitches not the domelight supervision GREEN/ red behind the fusebox.

I've found individual pinswitches and driver's door is a green and can be had at the driver's kick in harness to rear while passenger is a light GREEN/ red in a harness which runs under the passenger seat from the door sill. But I'd like to know if someone has found them at a single location such as the fusebox.

The domelight and door trigger's are all tied together on the Honda's. If your wanting a door trigger without triggering the dome light, you won't find it on this car. You'll just have to relay or diode isolate the trigger wires.

where exactly do the door triggers lead to? some type of control module because i found a problem where someone had accidentally fried the whole trigger system, where the doors and the dome light dont light when a door is opened
