A friend wants me to install a remote starter on his 2004 GMC four door full size truck, it has remote locks. what brand and model would be best to install. I have installed some bulldogs,a TRC ZR-25, and a commando EZ-2600. The commando was OK but the others I'm not impressed with. I would really like to install something nicer than the others that I've used. Hopefuly there is something better!

If I could get some recommendations of brand/model and what else I will need for the factory anti-theft system and the remote locks and what ever else I might need.
Also where can we get the recommended systems.

There are many Brands that could fit that question.
This site proves that.
You might want to consider the actual functions you want and your ability to install.
I use or have used OMEGA, MICRO, DEI, AstroStart, ProStart, Audiovox, Code Alarm & SkyTech to name a few.
I have also found that Personal preference usually outweighs reliability & performance with a lot of customers.
You might want to check warranty on all units you research also.

i will use the 561t is just add on to the factory keyless entry is easy you need a 555l all ot them are DEI products let me know if you need instructions for the install posted_image

GMDL-BP will control door locks keyless entry and factory alarm disarm/arm....all in one unit.
