Does anyone know how to program this alarm. Specifically, I want to program the Alarm (RF) programablr features. Could you give me a step by step to change the 12th feature( Chirp Delete from Tx) ?
I have changed the remote start settings, Audivox gives a good example in the install book, but the alarm features are driving me nuts.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I got lost on the same thing myself when installing audiovox's.. What it fails to mention is to keep on pressing the valet switch x number of times to go to certain options.. It assumes you will just read every option and keep on hitting the valet switch until you get to the option you want to change. It would be much easier to say, for e.g. to go to option 12, hit the valet 12 times and hit the lock/unlock switch to toggle the options.

For your situation. Turn ignition on. Press and release the valet switch 3 times and within three seconds turn ignition off. Turn ignition back on. Press the valet button 11 times exactly (you are already on option first when you get into program mode) hitting it 11 times gets you into mode 12 which is the chirp delete. Then hit the lock button to to change the option accordingly. After you are done, remove key from ignition and it exits program mode. Good luck..

audiovox makes a great product, but their manuals and programming techniques SUCK !!! it takes awhile to get use to their procedures.
