after installing a remote starter in the 04 lancer the check engine light came on.

the starter works perfect and the vehicle appears to function 100%, but when the dealer hooked up their diagnostic tool several fault codes came back including the map sensor.

anybody encountered this before, or possibly any other mitsus?! thanks in advance for your time

let them clear ALL the codes and DONT UES the remote start for a while see if it comes bake on. Did you power up all the IGN wires and ACC wires.
