I'd like to do a remote start on my 2000 jetta TDI.  5 speed

I was wondering what would be  a good choice to get for ease of install and ease of use and reliability.

thanks for any suggestions

TDI will require a wait to start. Directed/Tech Soft should give you wiring diagrams. Choose whichever RS you like. I like the 791, but that is just a preference.

We like the Valet 562t in VW's. 2 remotes, enough outputs to disarm/lock/unlock etc. without a whole lot of additional realys. VW's are one application I really appreciate the "2 piece" design of the DEI stuff.... stick the brain above the CCM, and stash the XCRS behind the realay panel up near the firewall.
