this model comes with power door lock with a remote lock/unlock feature,the problem with this is that Ford has set it up so that if the truck is running,it disables the remote,is there anyway i can override this feature,so that i can use the remote lock/unlock while the truck is running?

you might want to hit ur dealer for a service manual for this or Helms manual. those manual shows a great detail of electrical system.
