I just bought, a 1986 Toyota 4Runner – it has a top that comes off. It came with a Clifford Intelliguard 6000. I am thinking about installing a proximity sensor onto it. I found an owners manual for the Clifford Intelliguard 600 (no wiring diagram) and it mentions that a Clifford Dual Zone Proximity Sensor 4 can be used with this unit. Well, I can’t find one for sale.
So, can I use any proximity sensor and if so how do I wire it? If someone has a wiring diagram for the Clifford Intelliguard 6000 and the Dual Zone Proximity Sensor 4 – then I might be able to match up another proximity ( radar ) sensor to it and figure out the wiring.
I see cheap ones on ebay - anyone recommend any? I see bulldog has one?
Thanks for your help.

Look for any sensor by DEI, that will interface with the Clifford.

Velocity Motors (Jeff) - Thanks - I can totally see where it connects with which wires. I just had a pdf of the Owner's manual (no wiring diagram in that). Thanks.
deocder - perfect - exactly the info I needed! Thanks.
