I am unable to program my TBU (CHU.2) according to the included instructions. I insert key 1, turn to ON for 10 secs, remove and insert key 2, turn to on for 10 secs. Acording to instructions should get flashing security light. Nothing happens. Both keys work to start vehicle. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I figured it out on my own. Instructions not very clear.
