does anyone know how to bypass the clutch for remote start? there is a plug on the front of the clutch closer to the driver that goes into a switch. i tried to test it and it's not the right switch. when the switch is release (clutched push in a little bit), the car still does not start. it needs to be pushed in all the way.

i found it. it's a switch ABOVE the cruise control switch. i kept looking for something against the firewall. i found myself a better light. i got one of those LED headlamps and i saw it hiding above.

this is an interesting tip for an s2k remote start installer... if you use the WHITE/ black starter wire in the kick panel, you don't need to bypass the clutch during remote start. this will save some time since this wire is easier to reach and one less step is required.

however, i have a feeling if you use the wire at the starter button, you will have to bypass the starter.

you can get a BLACK/ white wire that goes into a relay in the dkp. you can use that wire to by pass the clutch use you negative output to actived the factory relay.
