Ok, remote start works fine. I diagnosed with voltage tester and found out that yes i had the right wires. HOWEVER, the relay(the once included with 369D system) is clicking, but there is not voltage coming from the relay to the door lock/unlock wires. I hope i didn't leave any details out. THanks in advance for the help

Is there a setting i need to change, or what? PLEASE HELP!!!

Ok all i had to do was have the purple wire off the realy go to 12v instead of ground. Anyways, now the door lock switch on the drivers side (forgot to test passenger sdie) has no offect on the locks. It makes a little noise but there is no action. Any IDEAS?

a little noise but no action.. sounds very familiar... haha. no seriously it is likely a problem with the lock motors themselves. The door locks in those vehicles are notorious for quitting. They wear out just like ford actuators. Check  for voltage at the acutators, and if they're getting power, you'll need to put new ones in such as DEI 524N or similar.
