i installed a viper 791vx into my brothers 2001 lexus rx300 two months ago. everything was working perfectly until after a visit to the lexus dealer for some repair. now the car won't remote start when it is cold. it would start fine when it is still hot. if i let the car sit for more then two hours, it won't remote start. i already relearn the tach and it didn't help. i don't think is an immobilizer problem because it starts when the car is hot. any other suggestions??????

try to relearn the tach signal with the vec in drive . note set park brake and step on brake at the same time.
