cant figure out how to install keyless entry on 94 galant

Here are your door lock wires:

|       POWER LOCK|GREEN / WHITE         |-  |driver door harness *1      |
|     POWER UNLOCK|RED / green           |-  |driver door harness *1      |

*1 Wiggle drivers door boot to ID the correct harness.  Can also be found behind glovebox and right dash speaker.

i have a alarm that says it has built in relays do i need additional relays

also are these connections negative or positive

No relays required because this is a (-) Type A system. Just connect the correct wires and your off and running.
