In the above car I did the install and it worked great for about a month, Now the girl says that the car remote start but sometimes only runs for 2 min or so. Other times it runs for the entire 18 min runtime... Any clues??? I should be getting the car back sometime this week It could possibly be the tach signal.. (red / wht at the distributor) or mabey the over rev protection..

Thanks guys..

Do you have a multi test 2. You might try scanning it to see if there are any failure codes...I doubt youll see any though. If it starts and runns, thats good, what you might see is HOW the engine was stopped. It shows that!

Your tach signal is fine, other wise it would "overcrank".   You know.  Drop the brain, if you dont have the multitest, and do a bunch of remote starts...till ya get one that only lasts 2 min. Then look at the status LED on the brain, THEN, call astroflex. Sounds like a hardware issue!
