did you hook up the cold start starter wire as well?   most Nissans have 2 starter circuits....

"Also known as the cold start wire. As with the starter wire, it changes state only when the key switch is held in the start position, but is not connected to the starter motor. Interrupting this wire will not prevent the starter motor from spinning. This wire needs to be activated only when adding a remote start, and must be activated only while the vehicle is starting."

Second Starter wire is blk/grn to blk/yel +   at the ignition harness.

Also, don't forget to set the jumper on your remote starter unit to 2nd starter.

Depending on the type of starter unit you have. If the unit has an extra high-current output you can use it to power a 2nd IGNITION or a 2nd ACCESSORY or a 2ND STARTER WIRE. Setting the jumper will allow to you to do the choice that I mention without having to run a seperate relay.
