For windows, just meter at the driver's window switch. Make sure you follow instructions for one-touch down/up windows. As for R/S, I won't tell you, since you seem like the type of person that would accidently remote start your car in gear, smash into my car, and then flee the scene of the crime. Sorry.

Buy a Manual transmission safe remote starter specifically designed for them. Do a search on google or ebay. "Remote start manual transmisson" The instructions for bypassing the clutch will be included with the remote start unit. make sure you follow the instructions and hook up all the safety wires or it will not work. Do it right and be safe.

UltraStart, Clifford, Designtech, Scytek, and many more companies make manual transmission remote starters.

WHen i do remote starts on manuals, you just have to not be a dumbass and leave it in gear, and hook up the ebrake for safety, ie brake has to be set to start. Also everything but ignition wires can be found at the gem module. this means, disarm, locks, door triggers, horn, lights etc. A nice trick you can do is also use the pulse after start to trigger the rear defrogger
