If you post a diagram of the wires that you connected, I could try to help

There are 6 wires coming out of the power door locking mechanism

orange +12v

black ground

WHITE/ purple unlock

yellow/black lock

yellow  and

white

which i don't know what they do

there are also three wire coming out from the key lock

black ground

and two other wires. One instantaneously connects to ground when i lock the car and the other does the same when i unlock the car.

i connected the keyless entry relay to the two wires that lock and unlock on 6 wire harness. Did i burn the alarm module or is it a fuse problem. Anyhow i couldn't find any blown fuses.Help me please.

This doesn't sound like the Ford Escort we have in the U.S.

The wires that you don't know what they do; have you tested them?  And what/where is the "locking mechanism?"  Is it in the door, or in the car, or are you just talking about the switch on the door panel?  Does it make clicking sounds, as if there are relays in it?

How thick are the wires you hooked up to?  If they're very thick wires, you probably have the motor legs instead of the wires that trigger the factory relays....if you have factory relays, that is.

Also, those three wires at the door key cylinder----I'd say those are of interest.  Do all of the car's doors lock and unlock when you twist the key in the door?  Does this also arm/disarm the factory alarm?  If so, just attach your keyless entry wires to those, and you should be all set.

The locking mechanism is inside the door and consists of two motors one for locking and one for  unlocking. I did conect the keyless entry wires to those of the key cylinder but again nothing.Yes i tested those two wires one reads 0.001  V and 0.3 V and tthe other 0.25 V and 0.6 V during unlocking and locking what do they do. There is also a yellow relay that is involved in the alarm circuit i checked it also it works perfectly.
