Hi there

I have a concept 500 installed with intellistart and smartwindows.  When it was first installed I could press the lights button and the headlights would come on for 10 seconds.  I had to relearn the settings for both remotes and now have lost all features apart from arm/disam! 

I have got most things working again using cliffnet wizard but I can't get the headlights to work, how do I do this or do I need different software?

You need to find out which  Aux output the headlights are on, and program it back to the Headligt button on your remote,

Cliffnet wizzard,  User, Remote programming, Failing this take it to the place that installed it and they will beable  to find out why it is not doin it....Or a certified clifford dealer..

Where in the uk are you??

Hi cheers for the reply, will try that, I got onto a page that you could test the aux outputs and nothing happened on any of them...  Will try via programming the remote.  Am between Swindon and Cheltenham .

Don't really want to take it back to the installers, as A they did a rubbish job to start with, B are 300 miles away, C I don't want to pay if I can fix itposted_image
