Dual stage shock sensors have 4 wires.  Where would you connect the pre-warn wire to?  Can you connect it to the OEM horn wire?

prewarn would go to the prewarn input on the  alarm. if you hooked it up to the horn how would you turn it off when you drive? you could put it on a switch, but then you would have to remember to turn it on and off. if you do decide to hook it up to a hrn you will need to add a relay.

I added an impact sensor to a car that had a factory alarm on it that was only protecting the doors and used the dome light wire for activation. I wired the trigger off of the impact sensor just to the relays normally closed contacts and then wired the coil of the relay to an ignition 12V source (the other side of the relay coil to ground). When the car was off you could hit the car and trigger on the car's dome lights but when you were driving the impact sensor could not turn on the dome light as it was disconnected with the relay.

If you are trying to wire a warning output to a horn I would use one relay like above to where the horn will not honk while driving down the road and then another one to trigger the factory horn (the sensor you have may not be able to handle the current required to activate your horn circuit.

No, technically they don't have any inputs. They are usually built into the BCM of the vehicle. Can you integrate into them, sure.
