i just installed an audiovox remote start/alarm in a 98 s10

when i try to remote start my truck it starts and then imediately stalls but yet when i use the key and start it normally, its fine

i dont have any sort of chips or resistors in my key is there still somethin i have to bypass?

Yes you need to bypass the passlock II system.

you have to use any module like 555l to bypass the key
