Ok I am getting ready to instal a 791xv in my 2000 silverado tommorrow. I have been going over the install manual and my vehicle wiring charts and I have a few questions before I start.

1 in the primary harness h1/3 WHITE/ blue (-) Remote Start Activation Input.  I am totally confused on what the purpose of this wire is and where to connect it to??

2 in the primary harness h1/6 (multiplex input, zone 4. Does this wire just connect to the negative side of the dome lamp??

3 The Secondary Harness. I am not sure I need to hook any of these wires up??

I would be greatful for any help

1. So you can attach a momentary switch to this and activate the remote start by button.

2. This is for additional sensors, not dome lamp

3. read your install manual.
