just a quick question. i have a 2001 yukon with a viper 791xv installed along with 2 530t window modules. i can only roll the windows up or down with the remote or from the drivers control panel on the drivers door...the other door switches are inactive, so if someone in the trucks wants their window down then i have to do it for them...is this right or can you actually do it from the other switches? if so someone please help me out so i can take it back to the shop and show them what to do. thanks in advance.

Either have a couple of wires reversed or bad connection at module

might be a silly question but do you have the window lock button pushed down??

it is not pushed down...i thought about that when i drove it home that afternoon....but i just climbed from under the dash and now all window work from the door switches like they should...i think the installer just crossed some wires...i pulled everything and went step by step from the dei install guides. thanks for the input guys....later
