i have a 2003 honda accord and the key burned up. is there any way i can bypass whatever stopes it from cranking?

my house burned and the key was mostley destroyed. i was wondering if there is any i can bypass the chip in the key or is the factory security that is stopping it from cranking.

i get suspicious of anyone asking these types of questions. why not tow it to the dealer and have it fixed correctly?

i didnt take it to a deal b/c my dad is a mechanic but he's not sure if he can or cant, thats why i was inquiring. but if u can't help thats my next stop, a dealer.

03 accord has a transponder in the key, it would still need to be programmed
