Hello, would anyone be kind enough to help me out a little. I know the basics but can someone give me directions as to the rest.

I'm confused as to where to connect the:

- door lock/unlock

- door trigger

- dome light

- brake wire

- parking light wire (i'm confused as to what parking lights are, are they the turn signals, brake lights, or taillights?)

- shock sensor mounting location

This is mainly due to the fact that an aftermarket keyless entry had been previous installed into my vehicle. I need to know if i need relays, diodes and so forth. I drive a 99' Acura Integra. Thanks!

for this car you dont need any relay or diode.

the parkin wire is RED / blk at green plug near fuse box
the parkin light is at the headlight switch. parkin light is one click, the hdlight is second click when turn.

youll need to uninstall the previous aftermarket unit.

POWER LOCK / POWER UNLOCK
These wires are used to activate the door locks in the car. The wires are connected to the lock/unlock switch, the key cylinder switch in the door, or the actuator switch in the door.

ACURA, INTEGRA, 1999, Power Lock/Unlock

In the larger of two attached gray plugs in the lower kick near the firewall. If equipped with cruise control, the plugs are behind the module. To access, remove the lower bolt on the bracket holding the module and pull it up out of the way. The lock wires test only with the passenger lock and unlock switch.

Power Unlock BLACK/ red    -   drivers kick panel

DOOR TRIGGER
This wire will trigger security system when the any of the vehicle doors are opened. In some vehicles one wire will allow the security system to see all of the doors. In others, there is a separate wire for each of the doors that must be used. Look for the doorpin is one other way to finding the doortrigger. Domelight is also another,

Dome Supervision (domelight)
Activating this wire will turn on the dome light. In some vehicles the dome supervision wire is the same wire as the door trigger wire. For your car it will be the same as your door trigger.

- shock sensor mounting location
Mount this unit to the frame of the car so that any movement or vibration it will transfer to the shock sensor.

BRAKE WIRE
This wire will test when the brake pedal on the vehicle is pressed. You will find it close to the brake pedal.

GREEN / WHITE    +   brake switch

Thank you everyone for your "input"! I will go about installing my alarm tonight, I believe my biggest challenge is to uninstall the aftermarket keyless entry DEI 471 Python out of my car first. I have no clue where to start or where it is located posted_image. This is going to be a long night. If anyone happens to know anything about uninstalling this unit please reply soon. And again, thanks everyone.
