Have a glitch in the install of a remote start in a 2000 Dodge Ram. The factory alarm still honks three times occasionally when unlocking the doors with the starter remote. Need help in finding a possible solution. The disarm wire is hooked up.

You have your unit set to doulble pulse the wire....WITH the correct resistance value?
