Car in question is a 1990 Audi Coupe quattro with vac locks. I installed a Codealarm CSI300 this afternoon, but I cannot get the locks to operate. I have wired up a pair of relays as described in the vac locks section here, as well as a tech sheet on Codealarms website. They were slightly different, but neither setup functioned. I did set the pulse to 3.5 seconds, and I can feel the relays operating, but nothing happens to the locks. The relays are triggered by two negative outputs from the box. The locking system is similar on all B3 chasis Audi 80/90, from 88 'til '92.

Any adice or BTDT would be greatly appreciated!

Nik

Oops... bad relay!

Rewired the relays to a third spec, and still no go. Tested the individual relays and found a dead one.

Thanks anyway!
