i had this unit installed about 6 months ago with no problems until yesterday. my remote won't sent any signal to the brain. it doesn't give beeps or anything after i push a button. when the alarm is triggered it sends an alarm to my remote and my remote shows the alarm icon. i had unplug overnight and still doesn't work. i disconnected the antenna and push a button; my remote beeps back that it has no signal. but if i plug the antenna in, the remote doesn't beep or anything. i try to relearn the remote; didn't work. i know the brain is working because i send a pulse to the WHITE/ blue wire (activation input) and the car started.

Try removing battery and reinstalling it in  the remote. I had a python about a week ago that would transmit but would not receive and worked for me.
