I'm scheduled to install a Prestige Platinum APS-996a on a 2004 Toyota Camry.  I just wanted any tips from someone who has worked on this vehicle before.  I noticed the dual starter wires, double pulse door locks, multiple door triggers, and transponder system.

Any tips, do's / don't s for this particular car?

Not a difficult car to work on. If you get stuck I am sure a lot of people here can help you.

Make sure that you use the keyless bypass units for the Immobilizer ( PKT ) . Alot of the wires can be found at the fuse panel and the ignition harness. Aside from that the car is VERY easy to do.

Understand that the second starter and the accesory wire LOOK the same.....test em

There is also ONE wire that catches ALL the doors  Its RED / black on the left side of the fuse box, in the back, top corner. No diodes...like circus boy said.
