i have a problem with my alarm it, i can't get the remote to respond when the sensors are hit it sends i can see it on the remote but eveery time i try to press a button there is no response. my led dosen't flash nether, do i have it connected correctly. where do i connect the orange -500 mA wire to. need

try to disconect the wires fron the antena and wait 5 minutes and plug it back for some reason the pager sometimes get disprogram try to program the remote too. check if the alarm is in valet
