I've installed a CrimeStopper CS-2000 III and Databus DB-GMDLBP and everything works perfectly....untill.. I hit the brake.   It seems like when I hit the brake it resets the databus unit and I have to hit the button on the databus unit to reset it again... then everything works perfect again...its only when I hit the brakes I have a problem.

Question is:  Is there a fix to this problem?

Any and all replies are appreciated.  Thanks.

first thing that comes to mind is where did you catch your 12v for teh databus, did you take it off the column or did you run your 12v off directly off the battery...  2nd thing that comes to mind, is check your wiring...  make sure nothing is backfeeding into the alarm, or the databus..  3rd thing, check to see if the wire you caught @ the brake switch, is the correct one...

it may just be a bad alarm/databus...
