I'm having problems figuring out how if it can.  I am able to hookup the 451M with a two wire configuration and that works fine but when I go for 5 wire it doesn't work...Can anyone help?

Well I was able to make it work as a two wire.  small ribbon cable obviously went to the alarm, purple wire went to +12V, blue and green went to lock and unlock (maybe not that order), white and brown went to ground.  This worked as a two wire.  I thought for the remaining three wires on the actuators I could hook the black to ground and then take the remaining two wires and hook them up to the white and brown on the DEI 451m instead of grounding those two.  I am an amateur though and that isn't working for me.  Any ideas?

Here is the wiring of the five wire actuator:

red - motor (+ve when opening)

Black - Ground (common)

Blue - motor (+ve when closing)

brown - opening trigger (-ve)

purple - closing trigger (-ve)

I guess I'll just go ahead and set them up as two wire if nobody can help me.  Thanks!
