I have a Cyclops Alarm installed in my vehicle and i would like some information on the following:

Cyclops has Auxllary input for optional sensor (as above)

I would like to add a 2 stage shock sensor onto it, the wiring for the sensor (Autowatch) states to wire as follows:

Red- +12v.. Easy one that

Black- ground - almost easy..

Blue -Trigger, this is where i get a bit messed up,

green - Warning,  should i join the green and blue together using a diode and then connect to the alarm trigger? if this isnt correct what should i be doing to get this to work?

oh ok that is kind of what i thought, but this would mean that i would require 2 inputs to the alarm?  or can i just use diodes on the one input?

thanks heaps for the help .... Dale

seperate inputs, one for the first stage and one for the second stage. only on dei products can you use only one input, because of the multiplex inputs.
