Does the 451M work on all DEI alarms. i see in severl manurls, on the door lock harnes. Some say the middle plug is "not used" and other say " only used if using a 451M" .

all the dei alarms that we have used the center pin will put out enough power to trip the relays in the 451m with no problem.
