im wiring in the autopage rf-700 in a 94 saturn sl2 and im trying to set up the door trigger ,the wiring diagram i got from here shows it to be be white and its behind the fuse panel ..well i found 3 white wires there ..did a continuity test  to  and found that it goes to the dome light ,witch to me would be a trigger for when any of the doors open and light goes on ..alarm goes off..but no go..have determined that my doors are negative and hooked the corisponding trigger wire up but still no go.any suggestions would be appriciated thanks......

Are you using the proper wire on the alarm system. Most systems come with a (+) and a (-) trigger wire.

yea i have tried both + and - trigger wires . im on vacation so i will mess with it some more and see.all keep checking for any new posts.and thanks again jeff

Check to make sure that you are infact sending a (-) trigger to the wire when the door is open.

well it turned out i had the right wire,after reading the operation manual it turns out the that input has a 40 sec delay to allow for delayed dome lights,but i really think its a guy thing to hook it up then read(lol)but all is good now..
