The clutch has two wires on it ( 12-14 guage ) , use the PURPLE wire and have a relay give (+) pulse to it when remote started.

What make, model & year vehicle do you have ? You kind of hijacked this post from another member, but if you tell us the make, model & year of your vehicle we would be able to help you. There are 5 different types of clutch systems out on the market so you have to give us some more information. ------------- Jeff

bobk, your answer is correct, but I'm not sure if rnnotlo's vehicle is the same as the original member's post vehicle is ? Don't want to assume anything, but if he said that they tried 3 different methods and none of them worked, then there's a problem cause the Pontiac's clutch wire is very easy to bypass and is a basic (+) type system.

I have an '04 Sentra SE-R SPEC-V there are 2 wires at the clutch : Black and BLACK/ red. My clutch needs to see a neg in order to start the car with the key I can't get the car to turn over with the R/S for crap The alarm is a Avital 3300 I can't seem to get the starter to turn over for nothing. oh yeah one more thing what is the deal with the starter (purple) wire going straight to the clutch I don't think that that setup will work my my car Please provide info in Detail on how thanks
