I'd like to pick up a 2-way  system, something along the lines of the viper 791, but I dont need or want the remote start. What im wondering is if I were to install one and leave the RS disconnected, will all the other features still function properly? TIA

Chris

There are 2 way alarm systems out on the market ( Compustar makes one ) and is cheaper than the combo units. If you want to go with a combo unit and don't hook up the remote start, that is OK as well. The alarm functions the same without some of the wires attached.
