 Should  there  be  a fuse  on  140db siren relayed with smaller  factory siren ?

Don't see why putting a fuse will hurt anything.

It is actually smart to fuse individual sirens. That way if some thief cuts one siren wire then it doesn't blow the fuse for the relay/alarm or short the alarm's siren output.
